Ingredients:
2 Napa Cabbages
2/3 Cup Salt
2 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Cup Minced Garlic
1 Cup Fish Sauce (or 1/2 Cup Oyster Sauce and 1/2 Cup Water)
1 Cup Hot Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru)

Steps:
1. Rinse the cabbage
2. Chop the cabbage into kimchi-sized pieces
3. Put cabbage in large bowl an mix the cabbage with 2/3 cup of salt
4. Let cabbage sit for 1.5 hours, mixing it around every half hour
5. Rinse the salt off thoroughly
6. Stir 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of flour in a pot until it comes to a boil
7. Add 2 tablespoons sugar into the pot
8. Let the mixture cool
9. Combine the mixture with 1/2 cup minced garlic, 1 cup fish sauce, and 1 cup hot pepper flakes
10. Combine with cabbage
11. Place kimchi in air tight container to allow for fermentation
